Simple Pepper Salt Salmon Skin Recipes


  • 800g salmon skin

  • 1 egg white

  • 6 tbsp potato starch

  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1/2 tbsp pepper salt


  • Some salt

  • Some pepper


  1. Cut salmon skin into strips before smearing with salt and pepper to marinate for half an hour. Set aside.

  2. Dip salmon skin into egg white then coat with potato starch. Deep-fry with hot oil till cooked then remove and drain. Set aside.

  3. Add some oil to a heated wok. Stir-fry minced garlic till fragrant then switch off the heat. Stir in the fried salmon skin and mix well. Sprinkle pepper salt on top then serve this pepper salt salmon skin recipes.
