Crispy Fried Salmon Balls Recipes


  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Some pepper


  • 200g salmon fillet

  • 400g potatoes

  • 50g onion dices

  • 1/2 tbsp chopped parsley

  • 5 tbsp plain flour

  • 1 egg (beaten)

  • 60g breadcrumbs


  1. Smear some salt on the salmon. Once the water in the steamer boils, place the salmon fillet in and steam till cooked. Remove and tear the fish meat into bits.

  2. Rinse and cook potatoes. Once they are cooled, peel them and mash well.

  3. Add oil to a heated wok. Stir-fry onion dices till soft then add in salmon and mashed potatoes and fry briefly. Stir in salt, pepper and chopped parsley and fry evenly. Dish out.

  4. Mould salmon potato into balls before coating with plain flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs respectively. Put into hot oil and deep-fry to a golden crisp. Remove to drain then serve this crispy fried salmon balls recipes.
