Simple Salmon Salad Roll-ups Recipes


Serves 4

  • 250g/8oz cream cheese

  • 2 tablespoons snipped fresh chives

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • 4 pitta bread rounds

  • Shredded lettuce

  • 1/4 red pepper, sliced

  • 1/4 green pepper, sliced

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 440 g/14 oz canned pink salmon, drained and flaked

  1. Place cream cheese, chives, lemon juice and black pepper to taste in a bowl and beat to combine.

  2. Spread each pitta bread with cream cheese mixture, then top with lettuce, red and green pepper, onion and salmon. Roll up tightly, secure with wooden toothpicks and serve this simple salmon salad roll-ups recipes immediately or wrap in plastic food wrap for a packed lunch.
