Simple and Healthy Salmon Salad Recipes


4 to 6 servings

  • 1 cup uncooked small shell macaroni

  • 2 cups flaked cooked salmon

  • 1/3 cup sliced black olives

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper

  • 1 tablespoon grated onion

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  1. Prepare macaroni as directed on package. Rinse under cold water; drain.

  2. In medium bowl, combine macaroni, salmon, olives, green pepper and onion. In small bowl, blend oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper.

  3. Pour dressing over salad, tossing to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving this simple and healthy salmon salad recipes.
