About Smoked Salmon

Not so long ago, smoked salmon was a rare luxury. It is now readily available in most supermarkets. This classic delicacy is best appreciated when served simply.

Smoked Salmon Allow 30-60 g smoked salmon for each person. Serve thinly sliced and chilled with brown bread and butter, rye bread, Danish pumpernickel, water biscuits, blinis or toasted bread croutes. Dress with a few drops of lemon juice, lemon wedges and freshly ground black pepper. Garnish with finely sliced onion or radish, pickled or fresh cucumber, capers, softened piped cream cheese or finely chopped fresh herbs.
